Successful models for innovation and improving customer experiences like Design Thinking and Agile have in common that they help us focus on bringing Business Value in smaller steps. Customer Satisfaction is reached much faster with 10 significant improvements within a year, than with 1 major change after a year.
There is a hidden risk in these approaches which can become a significant business risk. With the focus on market demand and customer satisfaction, and the incentive to search positive feedback throughout the entire lifecycle, we are preprogrammed to lose sight of the Big Picture.
In Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement, we need to cultivate Critical Thinking as part of our culture and prioritize mitigating the findings. RED TEAM Business Management creates the mindset and the skillset to remain constructively critical while we move forward.
Objectives and Outcome:
This Leadership training is intended for companies and organizations which have implement Agile and Design Thinking teams and processes or intend to start with it. The goal of this training is to develop the skillset and mindset that embraces Critical Thinking and the principles of RED TEAM without creating conflicts with the opportunity driven aspects of Agile and Design Thinking. Important note: This training is a leadership training to develop the right organizational skills needed for RED TEAM Leadership. This is not a technical red team or penetration testing training!
About Dr. ir Johannes Drooghaag
Dr. ir Johannes Drooghaag, commonly known as JD, started his career in Applied Information Technology and quickly realized that the development and complexity of technology outpaces the development of our understanding of technology.
Working based on the principal that we don’t have to understand the bits and bytes to use technology, but we must understand how to use it optimal and secure, Johannes developed a wide range of consulting services, training programs, keynotes and workshops to allow people and organizations to do just that: embrace technology in the optimal and secure way. The Human Element in Cyber Security, The Human Element in Agile and Cyber Security for Road Warriors (and Couch Potatoes) are examples of these programs.
Working as consultant, trainer and speaker with clients and partners around the globe, the mission is crystal clear. Bridge the gap between what we do and what we know.
I am JD. I love what I do, and so will you!
